For those of you that do get Spring Break, enjoy the rest and recuperate! This is the toughest month of the year for nutritional and immune depletion, low moods and low Vitamin D. So eat your warming foods with a variety of veggies, aim to eat the rainbow! Green, red, orange, yellow and purple/blue. Eggplant, blackberries, prunes, blueberries and cabbage are some examples of purple/blue. Bon appétit!
